Stacey Anderson Miller is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 36 years of dedicated clinical service in speech therapy. Over the course of her multifaceted career in hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health settings, in telehealth, and as a multi-state travel SLP, she has become known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach. Stacey combines clinical expertise with a genuine warmth that inspires trust and empowers patients and their families in their communication and swallowing rehabilitation journeys. She has state licensure in multiple jurisdictions for telehealth, and Stacey’s extensive background includes designing and implementing evidence-based assessments and intervention plans for adults and seniors with neurogenic, structural, and cognitive-communication disorders, extending her reach and sharing best practices with diverse clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes. Stacey has been recognized by her peers and institutions, including the 2018 Kaiser Permanente Home Care Services Therapist of the Year, and 2019 Outstanding Performance Award in Southern California Home Care Services as a regional SLP Preceptor and Mentor. Stacey believes that effective communication and safe swallowing are essential to an individual’s dignity and quality of life. Her hallmark practices include conducting patient-specific evaluations to pinpoint strengths, challenges, and personal goals; setting meaningful, measurable objectives in collaboration with patients and caregivers/partners; and developing customized intervention plans that integrate the latest clinical research, functional activities, and assistive technologies.
