This policy is written for everyday readers. It is not legal advice. If you have questions, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

When you pursue evaluation or therapy with us, we may collect health-related information needed to provide speech-language pathology services (for example history relevant to communication, goals, session notes, and related records). We handle this information carefully under applicable federal and state law and professional standards. We do not use marketing labels that claim special certification status for privacy programs. Our clinical and administrative practices are designed to protect sensitive information in line with our legal obligations.

How we share information
We may share information in these situations:
- Service providers – vendors that help us run the business (for example website hosting, form tools such as Jotform, scheduling or telehealth platforms, analytics providers, payment or billing processors, and SMS or email delivery services). These parties are expected to use information only to perform services for us and as allowed by contract and law.

Cookies and analytics
